Atlas Marketing is proud to announce the promotion of Maria Podgorski to Senior Account Coordinator. This milestone reflects Maria’s consistent growth and her commitment to client service. 

Maria joined our team as an Account Coordinator and quickly distinguished herself as a reliable resource for both clients and team members. Her ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for her work made her promotion a natural next step.  

In her new role as Senior Account Coordinator, Maria will take on a greater level of ownership across client accounts. Her responsibilities will include leading day-to-day client communication, leading meetings, and managing projects and campaigns from kickoff through completion. She will also play an active role in budget management — tracking hours, expenses, and scope while supporting monthly billing cycles. On the strategic side, Maria will help translate client goals into actionable execution plans, supporting content development across social media, websites, and brand messaging, as well as conducting market and competitor research to inform client recommendations. 

Perhaps most notably, this new role is a direct response to the feedback we have received from clients who are extremely happy with Maria’s approach, consistent communications, and strategic guidance. Additionally, she strives to contribute to client growth and improve internal workflows that keep Atlas running efficiently. The Senior Account Coordinator role represents the final step before promotion to Account Manager — and it carries real responsibility that reflects our confidence in Maria’s abilities. 

This promotion comes at a time when Atlas Marketing continues to grow its client roster across construction and manufacturing markets — regionally and nationally. As client complexity increases, so does the need for senior-level account talent that can manage relationships independently and with strategic intent. Maria embodies this mindset daily.
