The International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) developed the Online Aerospace Supplier Information System (OASIS) as an online resource that stores the various certifications for aerospace manufacturers. This system is used by all bodies included in the global quality management process.

IAQG turned to Atlas Marketing to develop a new version of the OASIS database.

“This is our largest digital undertaking and we have worked closely with the leadership and experts of the IAQG,” said Susan Matson, vice president at Atlas Marketing. “Our team has worked to ensure that this vital quality management and supply chain database ties in the previous versions while anticipating the future needs of the industry and IAQG.”

The OASIS database includes over 1500 registered auditors, 85 accredited certification bodies, and 14 countries with certification bodies. OASIS has documented over 18,000 certifications at 25,000 sites around the globe.

This process began in October 2019 with a digital discovery review and audit. This report of the ‘current state’ led to multiple meetings and discussions with global experts across the industry that led to the initial stage of OASIS V3 implementation in June 2021. With the selection of Intact to support the development of the database, the project entered into a lengthy testing phase and coordination of existing data.

OASIS V3 is slated for release in August 2023. More information is available here.
